ISEETRADES TERMS OF SERVICE

1. General provisions
These Terms define rules for using the ISeeTrades website available at www.iseetrades.com, including electronic service delivery, use of content, account creation and maintenance, and the liability of the parties.

The Service has an informational, educational, and organizational character. Content published in the Service does not constitute an offer to conclude an agreement, investment recommendation, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or financial advice.

The Service is available worldwide.
2. Definitions
For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- Service – the ISeeTrades website together with its functionalities.
- Provider – the entity operating the Service.
- User – any person using the Service.
- Account – an individual user panel created in the Service.
- Content – all materials made available in the Service, including market-session descriptions, macro-calendar interpretations without numerical values, educational materials, cryptocurrency lists, trade journal entries, and other publications.
- Services – services provided electronically by the Provider via the Service.
3. Type and scope of services
The Service may provide, in particular:
- macro calendar presented in interpretative form (without numeric values),
- trade journal tools,
- educational content,
- information about market sessions and hours,
- cryptocurrency lists,
- other informational and educational materials published by the Provider.
The Service is currently provided free of charge.
The Provider reserves the right to introduce paid plans, premium services, or additional features in the future. Any such changes will be reflected in updated Terms.
The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of all functionalities and may temporarily suspend the Service for technical, organizational, security, or maintenance reasons.
4. Nature of content and no transaction execution
The Service does not enable direct execution of financial, exchange, broker, or cryptocurrency transactions.
The Service does not intermediate order placement, does not execute transactions on behalf of users, does not hold user funds or digital assets, and does not maintain investment accounts.
Content published in the Service is general, educational, and informational. It does not guarantee profits or outcomes.
Results shown in journal entries, educational materials, or other content must not be treated as a promise of future results.
Users make decisions at their own responsibility and risk.
5. Conditions of use
Users must use the Service in accordance with law, these Terms, and principles of fair use.
Users must not undertake actions that may disrupt the Service, compromise security, or hinder use by others.
The Service is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old.
It is prohibited to:
- provide unlawful content,
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, databases, source code, or technical infrastructure,
- copy, download, reproduce, distribute, or publish content without prior consent of the Provider, except where legally permitted,
- bypass technical safeguards,
- use the Service in a manner contrary to its intended purpose.
Users agree to use the Service solely in line with its educational and informational nature.
6. Registration and account
Access to selected functionalities may require creating an account.
To create an account, users provide only:
- nickname,
- e-mail address.
Passwords are stored in encrypted form and are not known to the Provider.
Users are responsible for providing accurate data where required and for keeping account credentials confidential.
The Provider may block or remove an account if a user:
- violates these Terms,
- acts to the detriment of the Service or other users,
- uses the Service contrary to its purpose,
- provides unlawful content.
Users may request account deletion at any time via the e-mail address provided in the Service.
The Provider may delete an account after a long period of inactivity.
7. Trade journal
The trade journal is provided for record-keeping, organization, and educational purposes.
Journal entries do not guarantee repeatable outcomes, do not promise future effectiveness, and should not be interpreted as encouragement to take specific investment actions.
Users are responsible for the legality and accuracy of their own entries.
8. Educational content, sessions, and crypto list
The Service may present educational materials related to markets, trading sessions, and cryptocurrencies.
Session information is indicative and intended only to help users understand market context.
Cryptocurrency lists are informational and do not constitute recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any asset.
Macro calendar interpretations are the Provider's own interpretation and do not replace users' independent analysis.
9. Intellectual property
All rights to the Service, its name, visual layout, marks, technical elements, materials, texts, graphics, compilations, and other content belong to the Provider or licensed third parties.
Content made available in the Service is legally protected.
Without prior written consent of the Provider, it is prohibited to copy, modify, publicly distribute, resell, create derivative works, or use content for commercial purposes.
This prohibition does not limit rights granted under mandatory legal exceptions (e.g., fair use).
10. Liability
The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep content current and useful, but does not guarantee complete accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a specific purpose.
The Provider is not liable for:
- decisions made by users based on Service content,
- losses resulting from users' independent use of Service information,
- interruptions caused by factors beyond the Provider's control,
- effects of improper use of the Service by users,
- actions of third parties, including hosting, e-mail, or technology providers.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion/limitation is prohibited by mandatory law.
11. Complaints
Users may submit complaints regarding operation of the Service or electronic services to: iseetrades.com@gmail.com.
A complaint should include at least:
- user nickname,
- e-mail address,
- description of the issue,
- date of occurrence,
- expected resolution.
The Provider will respond within 14 days of receipt, unless special circumstances require more time.
12. Personal data
The Provider is the controller of users' personal data.
The Service processes only data necessary for use of its functionalities, in particular:
- nickname,
- e-mail address.
Detailed information about processing purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention periods, and user rights is provided in the Privacy Policy available in the Service.
Users acknowledge that use of the Service may require personal data processing in accordance with applicable law.
Data may be processed using third-party providers, including providers outside the EEA, with appropriate legal safeguards.
13. Changes to the Terms
The Provider may amend these Terms for important reasons, including:
- changes to Service functionalities,
- introduction of paid plans,
- changes in law,
- organizational or technical changes,
- need to clarify provisions.
Users will be informed in advance by publication of an updated version in the Service or another effective channel.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means acceptance of the updated Terms, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
14. Final provisions
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights under the law of the user's country of residence.
For matters not regulated herein, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
These Terms may be available in other language versions. In case of discrepancies, the English version is used by default.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
These Terms enter into force on [date].
15. Cookies
The Service uses cookies and similar technologies to the extent necessary for proper operation, core functionalities, and simple technical statistics, if used.
Cookies are not used by the Provider to collect excessive or complex profiling data about users.
Use of the Service is possible without consent to non-essential cookies. However, refusal may limit certain optional functionalities if implemented.
